The location is great, the heart of old town, plenty of restaurants around and closest beach is 5 min walk. the beach is private and costs 70TL per person, sun lounger and umbrella included. hotel is clean and facilities are great staff very friendly and helpful

We had no expectations of this hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel is very well taken care of, the owner visibly cares about this place and invests back into the property. The location is great, close to everything. We saw the sea and mountains from our room. Next time we will for sure invest into a bigger room and breakfast. Loved the garden very much. We also noticed the good cleanliness of this hotel. 9.5, good value for money.

Location is amazing being at the heart of Kaleici and near the old harbour. Staff is polite and helpful. Noise from the nearby pub could be an issue to prefer taking room towards the poolside.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - jn the heart of the old city. The room was spacious wifh a beautiful view.

Breakfast was very good with a mixture of hot and cold dishes. The staff worked hard to resupply the buffet table and to clear tables after guests left. The room is small, but we knew that, but the view was lovely. Sofia, who looked after the room, was wonderful and, as others have commented, surprised us every day with her towel animals. The A/C was very effective and the window seat gave the room an added dimension.

We loved our stay in this hotel! The staff are perfect, friendly, attentive and do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome and looked after. We stayed in the beautiful family suite with 2 balconies! The main bedroom has 3 windows on different aspects so you can spend a while looking out of the window and admiring the quaint streets of Kaleici and listening to the call for prayer. The rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your clothes. The second bedroom was perfect for our two teenagers, a very good sized room. The shower was strong and hot water was always available. The air con in this hotel is fantastic and much needed as we visited in August! The pool is lovely, quiet and such a relaxing setting. The location of this hotel is perfectly placed in the old town of Kaleici. The harbour is a few minutes walk, the private beach again only a few minutes away. The restaurants to the left out of the hotel are wonderful and I would recommend the Velespit cafe for breakfast/lunch and the villa Perla for dinner. Lots of independent shops up here for quality gifts. The museum across from the hotel is free and worth a visit. I am so pleased I found this gem of a hotel as we were visiting for a wedding in nearby Lara beach and I must say I much preferred where we were staying. Stay here if you want class and a taste of the true Turkish hospitality.
